Arthur Saakian is the founder of Emperador Law Firm, and specializes in representing clients who have been injured—physically, psychologically, or financially—by the negligent or intentional acts of others. Arthur also represents clients in business and commercial disputes, including fraud and breach of contract cases.

Arthur graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2010, earning Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History. Arthur received his Juris Doctor degree in 2014 from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. While in law school, Arthur interned at the United States Treasury Department and for the Honorable Judge Ronald S.W. Lew at the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Prior to founding Emperador Law Firm, Arthur worked at several plaintiffs’ and defense law firms specializing in personal injury and business litigation cases, thereby gaining key insight into representing parties with different perspectives, goals, and backgrounds.

Arthur is fluent in Armenian and Russian, and is proficient in Spanish.
