Lucy specializes in Immigration Law, Civil Litigation and family law, representing clients
in a wide range of complex matters, including waivers, appeals, removal defense,
asylum, and adjustment of status. She also handles litigation involving immigration-
related federal and administrative actions. With over a decade of legal experience —
including ten years as a successful civil litigator lawyer in Armenia, Lucy brings
exceptional communication, analytical, and negotiation skills to every case.
Lucy dedicates part of her practice to pro bono representation for vulnerable immigrants
and families in crisis, including survivors of domestic violence and humanitarian parole
applicants. Her commitment to service extends beyond the courtroom, as she frequently
provides community education and legal guidance to immigrant families navigating the
U.S. legal system.
Lucy earned her LL.M. in Law from the USC Gould School of Law in Los Angeles,
California. Before relocating to the United States, she graduated from a law school in
Armenia, and has experience of civil litigation lawyer in Armenia as well.
